Rawrrr.... i can't believe i watched transformer twice. zZzz... it's damn boring ... went there today, i slept for almost the whole show (ok, maybe cuz it's too tiring to watch it when u r sitting in the 2nd row from the front =S). HaizZz, 5 bucks... 5 bucks... just treat it as, gone lah huh.

Lesson number 2, DO NOT drive to orchard on a wkend... the place is like so packed and everything. really, taking the north east line is so much faster... -.-"

Oh well, toh's flight got postponed to 6th... better for me i guess. Can send him off straight after work.

and i still can't believe i spent my wkend watching transformer. zZz...

mahjong again on monday night/tuesday !! juz won 32 bucks on friday night =P

Went out with huiling for dinner last night. Oh well, got suan-ed left right up down centre. HaizZz, what else to expect when i asked my dear xiao mei out for dinner ah.

Oh well. just realised me got jio-ed to 2 overnight mahjong sessions over the next 4 days. =X Am so going to dieee. Rawrr

and that irritating cigarette smell in the office is back again. bleah, wonders how come everybody else is oblivious to it. Or they are juz like me, smell and ignore =X

Heh, din go for science camp. Wonder what i'm missing out... hopefully not too much at least =X

Ziming said he learnt that networking is very important. Well, having worked here for more than half a year now, i guess i've learnt that too... on top of handling interpersonal relationships, experiencing bits of office politics, anger/frustration/stress management, how to work smart etc. Getting a degree though is important, but having good EQ is really just about all u need to surive and subsequently thrive in an office environment. Knowing the right people, getting on good terms with the right people, not stepping on the toes of certain people .... and the list goes on and on and on...

haha, feels kinda like a stressful environment to be in actually, where most of the stress doesn't come from the work alone.

also managed to get a taste of coffeeshop talk with the OLs, haha, made me feel like a gossiping auntie oso =P

Oh well, i asked for a working-in-the-office experience, and i must say i've gotten it. Guess these few months have been more than just "time-killing" for me. Gave me a sneak peek at how working life (which sadly is going to be how my life is going to be like soon) is like. Haha, no wonder people all wanna retire early =P But of course, this is just one office, one company. Small sample size, biased viewpoints.

haha, rant rant rant, rant all i want, nobody is reading this anyway =P

13 working days left.. feels like i'm counting to ORD all over again. Guess i really need to take a break le... *oinks*

on a sad note, suddenly realise more ppl are going to leave sg to study abroad this yr le... the class guys... j loh... toh... nette... haizZz, loneliness =(

zZz. Had dinner with pig, darren, yix, zh the other night. Having it in SingPost, a.k.a my work place is the 2pid-est idea... kenna spotted by the megaphone of the office =S then keep getting niaopok-ed by her every now and then. Dinner with a girl = my gf ?! wtf ?! somemore got so many guys arnd some more... totally rubbish. =S

heng last time huiling came over for lunch din get spotted ah... else hor, realise eh? different girl? jump into yellow river oso cannot wash clean ah...

oh well

lunching with toh and deng soon... well, nt so soon actually. 2pid deng can only make it at 1.30. heng i had a heavy breakfast...

Haha, suddenly realise i dun exactly need to lock my blog when all the posts are saved as drafts. =X

oh well, decided to open it again partly (well... mainly =P) cuz i'm too bored in the office. Hey, i'm actually still doing work, but uh, am not exactly expected to complete it since i'll be leaving in a few weeks. =D

ending work on july 10th... kinda looking forward to it actually. Esp when I started work the immediate day after my ORD date. (ORD-ed on the 14th, first day of work on the 15th). My contract was suppose to end 31st Apr, but guess they love me too much lah, decided to extend my contract =P (shall not think abt the possibility of them juz being lazy of going thru interview to hire another temp. =X). Finally got chance to relax a bit i guess, get back the feeling of staying at home on weekdays since dec 06...

but its kinda contradicting actually. i'm not exactly nua-ing at home now during my weekends, rather, have been going out with friends both days. =X

oh well

lunched with my lao bans today. it further reaffirmed my knowledge of RI guys having very negative images with the girls =X Lao ban was describing to me how 2 of them who tried to date her turns out to be kinda psychotic (over obsessive stalkers to be exact). Another mentioned she'll nvr date a RI guy. Lolz, point number 1 after entering uni, DO NOT say u're from RI. =P

2pm now. long way to go... sian-ed
